I truly enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation. Everything was good, the location was magnificent near McLeod Ganj. - the staff was consistently courteous and really friendly, they were always available.

The room service was prompt and the staff was friendly. the city view from the room was great, and all the major sightseeing places were accessible. the location was also convenient, with the option for taking taxis or a cable car.

The breakfast lacked variety, and the plates and glasses were not very clean. the road between the hotel and the shopping area was steep and not suitable for senior citizens.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the valley and mountains. I loved waking up to the breathtaking scenery every morning. The hotel staff, particularly Ravi and Avinesh at reception, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They arranged sightseeing tours for me and even managed to find an international plug for my electronics when I misplaced mine. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional.

The location was perfect, with all the tourist spots and markets within easy reach. The breakfast served was fresh and tasty, and we enjoyed trying local specialties.

Our stay wasn't without a few concerns. The road between the hotel and the shopping area was very steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
